Terms of Payment
- Registration fees will be charged by Afeka – Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
- Payments can be made by one of the following options:
- Wire transfer - Wire transfer in ILS to Afeka Tel Aviv College of Engineering, 38 Mivtsa Kadesh, Tel Aviv, Israel; First International Bank of Israel, 15th Beit Tzuri St. Tel Aviv, Israel; Account No: 246433, Bank No: 031, Branch No: 082, IBN No: IL560310820000000246433.
- Credit card - Via the online registration form
- Purchase order - please send the company's purchase order details and invoicing address to: SPD-Registration@afeka.ac.il
- Your account will be charged in ILS according to the exchange rate on the date of the transaction
- All bank charges should be covered by the sender.
- Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fee refunds will be made only upon written notification of cancellation to the Conference Secretariat, Afeka – Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, and according to the following guidelines:
- Cancellation by May 15: No cancellation fee (full refund)
- Cancellation between May 15 and May 31: 50% refund
- Cancellation by June 1: No refund
