Prices include 17% VAT and may change depending on the applicable VAT laws.

Terms of Payment

Registration fees will be charged by Afeka – Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering upon receipt of the registration form.
Payments will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.

Payments can be made by one of the following options:

  • Wire transfer - Wire transfer in ILS to Afeka Tel Aviv College of Engineering, 38 Mivtsa Kadesh, Tel Aviv, Israel; First International Bank of Israel, 15th Beit Tzuri St. Tel Aviv, Israel; Account No: 246433, Bank No: 031, Branch No: 082, IBN No: IL560310820000000246433.
  • Credit card -  Via the online registration form
  • Purchase order - please send the company's purchase order details and invoicing address to: events@afeka.ac.il

Your account will be charged in ILS according to the exchange rate on the date of the transaction

All bank charges should be covered by the sender.

Online registration and payment by credit card are made on a secure server.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fee refunds will be made only upon written notification of cancellation to the Conference Secretariat, Afeka – Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, and according to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellation by October 31: No cancellation fee (full refund)
  • Cancellation between November 1 and December 16: 50% refund
  • Cancellation by December 17: No refund
